1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of cantelope
1 Light yogurt (flavor of your choice)
1/4 cup of Bear naked Granola

Mix well, and enjoy. This is very filling with lots of fiber, dairy, and good energy to start your day. This will often replace my oatmeal as the temps outside warm up. ( I am soon going to be walking to school again ~ ~ )

sounds good, I was going to buy strawberries today but they were $4 for a small thing, would have been less than a cup once cut. Cantaloupe was $6. Maybe this summer when they are only $4 I will try it. Thanks for posting it.

That is exactly what I ate this morning, and I ate around 8. I began getting hungry around 12:30 or so, maybe a bit sooner. THAT is just when I noticed I was hungry, so for me it is a pretty good meal. You could toss in pretty much any fruit I guess, those are just ones I had on hand. Here it is Spring and fruits are available (especially Strawberries) pretty reasonable.

When the fruits are higher (like in the autumn and winter) I like to use apples and bananas. Those are cheap then and yummy!

Unfortunately, since all our fruit has to be trucked or flown in, it is always expensive. Sometimes, just not as expensive. And I love fresh fruit.
